Swiss Chard

Swiss Chard with Spaghetti 

  • 4 oz Dried Spaghetti 
  • 1 Bunch of Swiss Chard cut into ribbons
  • 3 TBS of Salted Butter
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 Clove of Garlic- Minced
  • 1/4 TSP Red Pepper Flake
  • Grated Parmesan

Cook Spaghetti or any other pasta shape according to package directions, drain.  Mean while, melt butter and olive oil together in a large pan.  Add garlic and red pepper flake and saute for 10 seconds add Swiss Chard and stir until wilted.  Add cooked pasta and toss to coat pasta.  Top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Serves 2 (Our pasta servings are small if you prefer a larger serving size double the recipe)

Pac Choi


Pac Choi Stir Fry with Pork
  • 2 Boneless Pork Chops, trimed and sliced into 1/2" think strips
  • 2 TBS Soy Sauce
  • 1 TBS Mirin
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
  • Pepper
  • 2 TBS Olive Oil
  • 3 to 4 heads of Pac Choi, leaves separated and stalk chopped into 1/2 " pieces
  • 1/4 Cup Salted Cashews
Combine soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, corn starch, garlic, ginger and pinch of pepper in a small bowl.  Add pork, toss to coat, and let sit for 10 minutes.  Heat Olive oil in a non stick pan over medium heat.  Add pork and cook for 3 minutes.  Add stalks and stir fry until tender about 2 minutes.  added leaves and cashews and stir fry until the leaves are wilted.  Remove from heat and serve over rice.  Serves 2
